- Your purchasing person must use a supply list for the needs of the of office beware of shopping list
- Review invoices and compare with what you received and what was back ordered
- Some suppliers tends to raise the prices slowly , compare charges to previous month

- Look for expiration dates on all drugs and any materials with expiration day
